Hi Emma! So neat to hear from you! I am still in Huelva, but am off to travel in two weeks and then heading back home to Canada…I definitely hope to return someday, though! I do know some salsa bars; it’s been one of my favourite things here in Huelva — I’ll send you an email.:)

I stumbled upon these few pages in your blog whilst looking for Salsa in Huelva! Just wondering, did you ultimately remain in Huelva or move back? We (a family of 3!) moved out to Cadiz when I was 22 and the baby was just 3 months old! Unfortunately we had to move back to the UK in 2010 but have plans to move back out for the long term. In the meantime, I hope the teaching went well and of course if you do know of any good Salsa bars then I’d be happy to hear from you as I am visiting for the Kizombachata event nearby in October 2013 and I will be staying in the area for a few days.

Reminds me of the less-than-delicious tortilla de patatas that I had in the Madrid train station !! At that point I was not exactly clear on what the tortilla was going to be made of.
